I drink red clover tea for my health. That’s because I suffer from painful nerve inflammation. Fortunately, I’m able to remain nearly symptom free with a good diet and natural remedies.
Rotating the herbs and supplements I take each day, so I can live a normal life, seems to help a lot more than taking the same thing continually. The easiest way to consume medicinal herbs, for me at least, is to drink them in a tea while I’m working, so it doesn’t disrupt my day.
Because I want my condition to be a small part of my life, I prefer herbal tea bags, because of their convenience.
Alvita Red Clover is one of the teas I now drink. That’s because plant-based medicines tend to reduce inflammation. According to most natural health experts, inflammation is what triggers the disease process. So, in addition to being potentially painful, which in my case it is, chronic inflammation can lead to heart disease and even cancer.
Red Clover Tea Bags Benefits
Traditionally, red clover has been used as a blood purifier and health tonic. It contains a number of the crucial nutrients we need, including magnesium, thiamine, niacin and Vitamin D.
Red clover is also believed to contain powerful cancer-fighting compounds. It’s one of the supplements recommended in a few of the natural cancer protocols and also by some holistic doctors. In the United States, oncologists are legally bound to steer patients toward only FDA-approved treatments, which typically means surgery, chemotherapy and radiation.
Please understand I’m not suggesting that red clover tea alone will cure cancer. I’m just sharing one of the natural remedies I use myself, to maintain my health.
However, a few mainstream medical authorities are coming around to the line of thinking that whatever can help cancer may also prevent it. Right now, more efforts should be focused on preventing this disease, which, in America, has become an epidemic.
Alvita is a trusted American-based brand that’s been in business since 1922. What I particularly like about the tea bags is they are made from non-chlorinated materials, and are bleached with non-toxic oxygen.
Since I work full time, I prefer using tea bags. Bulk herbs are great. But, at this point in my life, I go for convenience.
Red clover tea has a mild taste. When mixed with a little raw organic honey, it turns into a delicious medicinal drink.
&
Red clover is a plant that’s native to Europe, as well as parts of Asia and North Africa. It now grows abundantly throughout the United States. However, I don’t feel comfortable going out and finding my own buds, when they appear in the spring, because I don’t want to get fooled by a highly toxic look-alike called crown vetch.
